DONATIONS are ONLY ACCEPTED ON Saturdays From 10:00am until 2:00PM Or when we have reached our maximum storage capacity, whichever comes first
ONLY 5 bags or boxes per family, per Week
Soft goods (clothing, tablecloths, etc.) must be separated from hard goods (dishes, etc.)
Clothing Donations Must Be Season Appropriate
Dropping Off Donations?
You Must speak to the manager before unloading Your donations
we cannot return bags, boxes, or bins that contain your donations
Do Not leave items outside the store or in the hallway. This is a fire hazard and the building will dispose of them.
*Twin Pines reserves the right to refuse any donations
Donations may be refused for any of the following reasons
We are at full capacity
Donated items are soiled or damaged
Donated items are on our “Do Not Accept” list
We already have multiples of the same or similar items

Stuffed animals
Incomplete games
Incomplete puzzles
Incomplete glass/plate sets
Linens/towels
Baby clothes (Newborn to 3T)
Pet food
Cassettes/CDs/VHS tapes
Bath mats, towels, sheets
Cribs, car seats
Helmets
Nursing materials
Large furniture
Computers/printers
Broken/damaged items
Please dispose of these items through other donation services or local sanitation. Twin Pines staff reserves the right to refuse donations once storage capacity is reached.

Twin Pines stocks a food pantry for those in need. We are always accepting unexpired dry and canned goods, detergent, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene items, and paper products.
